Orders

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping, all other orders are shipped based on third-party rates calculated and shown at checkout. 

Delivery Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri. Shipping method is displayed at checkout. Once the order has been processed a tracking number will be issued via email.

For Canadian customers please allow 2-5 weeks for processing and delivery.

For orders and deliveries outside of the Contiguous United States and Canada please contact us at 800.565.4658 to arrange.

Damaged Goods

Any damaged goods MUST be signed as damaged on the delivery note; we will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods. Please refer to our Returns Policy here.
