Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes — you’re in full control. You can:
- Pause or cancel anytime
- Skip an upcoming order
- Reschedule a delivery
- Update your payment method
- Add or remove products
Just log into your Altrostore account or use the “magic link” sent in your subscription confirmation email to access your subscription dashboard.
How do I skip or reschedule a charge?
Log into your customer portal. Each upcoming delivery has a Skip or Reschedule button. Click to manage your delivery schedule at your convenience.
Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
Yes. In your customer portal, click the Edit button in the products section to update, remove, or add items to your subscription.
What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. Once updated, we’ll retry the charge automatically.
